What are your working hours?
We're open Monday to Saturday, 09.00 – 18.00. On Sundays and public holidays, our on-call team is available for emergency cases only.
Do you offer emergency services?
Yes. You can reach us on our 24/7 emergency line and come straight to the clinic in critical situations. Our pet taxi is also there for emergency transfers.
Which pets do you care for?
Our expert team handles the examination, vaccination, surgery and care needs of cats, dogs, rabbits, birds and other small companions.
Do you have boarding services?
Yes — we have comfortable boarding areas, monitored throughout the day, where you can safely leave your friend during holidays and travel.
How can I make an appointment?
You can fill in the 'Book Appointment' form on our website, call us, or reach us by email. We usually confirm your appointment the same day.
How often are check-ups needed?
We recommend one general check-up a year for healthy adult pets. For puppies, seniors or animals with chronic conditions, this may be more frequent.
